Dr. Kaizad is an experienced and skilled Specialist Periodontist and Implantologist with over 20 years of experience from India, the UK, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
He graduated from the University of Bombay in 1985, ranking second rank oral surgery, and completed his Master’s in Dental Surgery (MDS), specialty of Periodontics, from the University of Bangalore in 1993 gaining entrance through an All India Ranking system. He then completed a Master's in Periodontology (MSc) from the University of London in 1995 with a distinction.
In 1998, Dr. Kaizad was awarded the Fellowship in Dental Surgery (FDSRCS) from the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh (FDSRCSEd) and the Royal College of Surgeons of England in the subjects of periodontology, oral medicine and oral surgery. He acquired a Fellowship with the International Congress of Implantologists in 2014.
Dr. Kaizad specializes in the treatment of all forms of periodontal diseases using non-surgical and surgical modalities. Surgical modalities include guided tissue regeneration, periodontal regeneration using appropriate flap approaches for management of advanced periodontitis and with the use of various biologic materials available from the best companies of Europe and the U.S. He puts the diode laser to effective use for laser disinfection and laser assisted deepithelialization to improve and treat pockets for reattachment.
He has a special interest in atraumatic extraction and socket preservation or grafting post extraction with the aim of ensuring the ease of implant placement in extraction zones.
He treats gum recession and mucogingival defects using the principle of phenotype biomodification therapy for gum augmentation particularly with the VISTA and Tunneling techniques and with the use of various grafts suitable for the presenting case. He also shows a keen interest in treating gummy smiles in liaison with the restorative dentist.
Moreover, he is well trained in the surgical placement of dental implants using computer-guided digital technology, as well as in the management of peri-implantitis and failing implants. He has worked in a few renowned hospitals in the UAE within the dental departments and has also served as an assistant professor many years ago.
Dr. Kaizad’s goal is to understand the root of the problem, explain the issues at hand in a simple, friendly, communicative way, address the clients concerns and needs and achieve the best possible treatment outcomes within the observable limitations.

He speaks English, a few Indian languages, and understands some Arabic for improved interaction.
