One of the best ways to clean aligners is by using cleaning tablets, which are primarily composed of sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) and sodium sulfate. Simply drop one tablet in a bowl of water and let your aligners soak for about 10 to 15 minutes. After soaking, rinse them thoroughly with water before putting them back in your mouth. It's important to read the directions on the label before use.

Alternatively, you can use a soft toothbrush to clean your aligners. Gently brush them under running water, but avoid using toothpaste, as the abrasive particles can damage them.
