      Home Teeth Whitening Procedure

      • During your visit, we will discuss the ideal shade you would like to achieve. Then, we will take impressions of your teeth to create custom bleaching trays. These trays, along with Opalescence whitening gel, will be included in your take-home teeth whitening kit.
      • We will provide specific instructions on how much gel to use and how long to wear the trays each day.
      • You can expect noticeable results within two weeks of consistent treatment.

      Tips for Optimal Results

      • For optimal results, brush and floss thoroughly before applying the whitening gel. Removing any food debris or plaque will allow the gel to better penetrate your teeth.
      • Follow the recommended wear time. Adhere to the instructions provided by your hygienist.
      • Avoid stain-causing substances: Limit consumption of coffee, tea, red wine, and tobacco.
