Drs. Nicolas & Asp Centers welcomed all staff members to participate in its third consecutive year of the Dubai Fitness Challenge in support of the Dubai 30x30 initiative.
The Dubai Fitness Challenge is a month-long celebration of fitness and well-being, encouraging everyone to complete 30 minutes of daily exercise for 30 days (30x30). Launched in 2017, it aims to inspire everyone to lead a fitness-focused mindset and seek active lifestyles.
